• Two meetings prior to event (a month prior and the week of the event)
• Verify vendor commitments, confirm details and services that have been agreed upon a month prior, and then again the week of the event
• Create customized wedding day timeline
• Distribute itineraries/timelines to vendors
• Attend wedding rehearsal
• Meet and greet vendors on wedding day, and serve as point of contact for vendors and client
• Oversee all event setup and ensure everything is according to client’s specifications – pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception
• Keep everyone on schedule
• Review and settle all accounts at the end of the event
• Distribute gratuities to all vendors on behalf of client
• Ensure all wedding gifts and leftover event/personal items at the end of the night are given to the designated person
